Our delivery charges in Nairobi are KES 300 at a flat rate. If you are outside Nairobi, the cost is still KES 300 for all products less than ten kgs. For products surpassing 10 kilograms’s the customer will be charged an extra Ksh 50 for every Kilogram.

The delivery takes 24 hours to 48 hours depending on your location. However, if you are withing Nairobi, you get to enjoy same day delivery.

Yes. We usually attach to your order the invoice and the receipt. The invoice guides the customer on the total amount they are supposed to pay together with our pay bill number.

If the product received is wrong, you are not supposed to break the seal, otherwise when the seal is broken the product becomes Void thus cannot be returned.
