Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Jazacart attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, Jazacart does not warrant that product descriptions or other content is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

You can view your receipts and all your past orders in your account dasboard. To access your account page, kindly login.

How can I return an item?

An item purchased from Jazacart can be returned within 7 days at no charge. The product returned should be in good condition and error free.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

If a popular item is out of stock, we try hard to restock within 2 weeks. For other items, we try to restock within 1-2 months. However, please understand that restock times will vary greatly because some of the manufacturers we work with are very small.

Where can I ship my order?

All orders are shipped once the order has been confirmed. We try hard to make the delivery within 2 days. If there is any delay we will notify you via phone

Do you charge a delivery fee?

JazaCart charges a flat rate delivery of KShs. 300

How do I pay for my order?

Payments are done on delivery via Jazacart MPesa Paybill No: 833449.
